4-1/2" x 5/8"-11 Fiber Disc Backing Pad are our economic option for backing your resin fiber discs. Made with rigid polypropylene plastic and a cast alloy plate these general purpose backing pads feature spiral raised ribs for cooling while in use. Each Resin Fiber Disc backing pad also features air holes to provide additional cooling to further extend the life of each fiber disc. The hard plastic backing pad are lighter than the rubber alternative. Each backing plate includes a 5/8" - 11 lock nut and attaches to a 4.5 inch angle grinder.
