These 6x89 A/O belts are close coat, resin on resin bonded which provides superior grain retention and reduces loading compared to other bonding methods. Aluminum Oxide grains provide a uniform finish and consistent performance on a wide range of materials including ferrous metals, high-tensile materials and wood. Aluminum Oxide sanding belts are the most popular due to their economical cost and excellent cut to cost ratio. Aluminum Oxide sanding belts are best used for general purpose sanding, grinding, deburring or blending. These 6" x 89" are designed for edge, face, bevel or contoured sanding on a 6x89 oscillating edge sander and are available in 40 grit, 60 grit, 80 grit, 100 grit, 120 grit, 180 grit, 220 grit, 320 grit, and 400 grit.
