Buffing and Polishing Kits

Empire Abrasives carries a variety of buffing and polishing kits, each designed for different metal surfaces. Each of our buff kits is packaged with specific airway buffing wheels and buffing compound bars for your convenience.

Buffing Wheel and Compound Sets

Each 6 piece kit contains three compound bars and three airway buffs. Kits are available with either 8” or 10” airway buffing wheels.

Aluminum Buffing and Polishing Kit (and other soft metals)

Achieve any aluminum finish you want, from a matte look to a mirror finish. This aluminum polishing kit can additionally be used for other soft, non-ferrous metals like chrome or brass.

Kit Includes:

• STEP 1 - Yellow Mill Treated Airway Buff + Gray Metal Buffing Compound 

• STEP 2 - White Untreated Airway Buff + Brown Tripoli Metal Buffing Compound

• STEP 3 - White Domet Flannel Airway Buff + White Rouge Metal Buffing Compound

Stainless Steel Buffing and Polishing Kit

This stainless steel polishing set starts with a black “magic” emery compound to remove scratches and blemishes and moves through each buffing and polishing step to a green rouge bar that really brings out the shine you love in a finished stainless steel.
